SLIDECARE INTRODUCES PERMA-JOINT SEALER™

SLIDECARE INTRODUCES STAIRTAPE™

Avon, Ohio (United States) – SlideCare announces a NEW PRODUCT for barefoot slip resistance applications, called StairTape™.  This highly durable non-slip tape is sold in black and is supplied in 1 1/2" x 60’ rolls to fit most OEM aluminum water slide stair tread inserts.  StairTape™ is also suitable for other wet recreational applications such as diving board steps, ladders, pool areas, bathroom floors, concessionary floors and other hazardous floors where barefoot slip injury prevention is needed. The non-slip tape can be custom ordered in a variety of colors and widths subject to a minimum number of 60’ rolls.

SLIDECARE INTRODUCES STAIRBRITE™

Avon, Ohio (United States) – SlideCare announces a NEW PRODUCT that cleans and brightens aluminum stairs on water slide towers and diving board steps, called STAIRBRITE™. Unfinished aluminum, the industry standard used in the manufacturing of water slide stairs and diving board steps, quickly oxidizes making these aluminum surfaces look dingy and dull. Until now, most water parks neglected to clean and brighten their aluminum stairs because of the amount of tedious scrubbing required and hazardous acid solutions, namely muriatic or phosphoric acid, needed to bring back the luster of unfinished aluminum. Moreover, these aggressive acids caused permanent damage to the aluminum surfaces when routinely used. StairBrite™ is a blend of mild etching acids and cleaning agents that restore the LIKE-NEW appearance of oxidized aluminum stairs and dirty weathered concrete steps, decks and walkways without scrubbing. StairBrite™ is easy to use; just spray-on, let stand for 5 minutes and rinse-off with a hose before brightener dries on the surface. It’s quick foaming action removes oxidation, grime, dirt, stains and rust. It is biodegradable, contains no VOC’s and does not affect any painted surface, stainless steel, fiberglass and most plastics. Depending on the degree of oxidation, StairBrite™ can be diluted up to 50% with water. Coverage rates depend on the type of surface. Approximately 2 gallons (50/50 dilution) of mixed product will clean and brighten 40-50 stairs 3’ long x 1’ wide or 150 sq. ft. StairBrite™ is available in 1 gallon bottles and 5 gallon pails and is sold with a trigger spray bottle.

It extends the service life and weathering properties of all types of OEM coatings used on water slides (gel-coat) and metal aquatic play features (thermal-set powder coatings). Applying Chlora Shield™ after pressure washing, cleaning and descaling your water slide seals the gel-coat pores to prevent further oxidation to bring back the LIKE-NEW appearance and WET-LOOK shine for the entire operating season. When cured (24 hours), Chlora Shield™ may be polished and wax to enhance the overall appearance and slip of your waterslide. Chlora Shield™ also exhibits excellent graffiti resistance properties. Coverage rates depend on the type of surface. Approximately 1 gallon will cover between 800 – 1,000 sq. ft. . Chlora Shield™ is available in a 12oz. aerosol spray can, 1 gallon containers and 5 gallon pails.

ALOHA SLIDERENU®
