SlidePolish™ Water Slide Restoration Compound

DESCRIPTION
SlidePolish™ restores and rehydrates dull color faded and oxidized fiberglass water slides leaving the finish smooth clean and brilliantly glossy. It's unique disintegrating abrasive particles breakdown into finer and finer particles removing surface imperfections and light surface oxidation from slide surfaces. SlidePolish™ is really three products in one; compound, polish and sealant. One gallon will typically polish the interior surface of a standard 200 linear foot open flume body slide, roughly 2,000 sq. ft.

RECOMMENDED USES
SlidePolish™ is recommended to be used to restore, revive and protect all types of dull color faded and oxidized fiberglass water slide surfaces. It enables the maintenance person to compound, polish and seal water slide surfaces in one easy step. As the product begins to work, the abrasive particles break down into finer and finer particles removing moderate surface imperfections and oxidation. The compound eventually breaks down into a super fine polish leaving a slight haze which is then buffed into the surface to seal the slide. SlidePolish™ is ideal for in-season slide restoration maintenance to remove light calcium residue, water scum lines, oxidation and stains.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
SlidePolish™ "DOES NOT REMOVE HARD WATER MINERAL DEPOSITS OR CALCIUM BUILD-UP". Use SlideRenu® Calcitrol™ to remove calcium carbonate or calcium silicate surface deposits (Refer to Product Data Sheet for Application Instructions). Any dirt, grease, body-grime, bird droppings, wax and other surface contaminants should be removed first with SlideRenu® SlideDetergent™ (Refer to Product Data Sheet for Application Instructions). After the surface is washed, it should be rinsed with potable quality water through a pressure washer. For SlidePolish™ to be the most effective, the product must be applied to a clean, dry and adequately prepped surface. Shake well and apply approximately 1-2 ounces of SlidePolish™ to a moistened foam pad to reduce friction or a moist clean white, dry cloth. Work compound back and forth in a swirling motion working in 2' x 2' sq. ft. sections until the fine particles disintegrate and are no longer abrasive. To achieve superior results, apply 1-2 ounces to a moistened foam pad and polish the surface using a buffing machine at 1200-1800 RPM. After a light haze appears (about 10 minutes), polish the surface again with a buffing machine using a clean micro-fiber bonnet or by hand using a clean, white, dry cloth.
